Flooring Installation in Las Vegas

Luxury vinyl plank, laminate, tile and carpet installed over a properly prepared subfloor — for rentals, turnovers and full renovations across the Las Vegas Valley.

NV State Licensed · Fully Insured · CMRC Certified — Mold Remediation

Flooring is where a rental shows its age fastest, and it's the repair most likely to fail early when it goes down over a bad subfloor. Las Vegas slabs move, they hold moisture, and they are rarely flat — so we correct the substrate before a single plank is laid.

Every install is done to the manufacturer's written specification, including acclimation time, underlayment and expansion gaps. That matters beyond the finished look: installed to spec, the product warranty still holds when something goes wrong later.

How we install flooring

Four steps, in this order. Skipping any one of them is how a floor fails a year later.

  1. 1

    Measure and quote

We measure the rooms, identify the substrate and any moisture or level issues, and give you a written, line-item quote with the material options priced out.

  2. 2

    Tear-out and subfloor prep

Old flooring comes up and out. We grind high spots, patch low ones, replace damaged panels and test the slab for moisture.

  3. 3

    Layout and installation

Material is acclimated, the layout is set so cuts land at the walls instead of the doorway, and the floor goes down to the manufacturer's spec.

  4. 4

    Trim and final walk

Transitions, thresholds and baseboards go back on, the site is cleaned, and we walk it with you before we call it done.
