Restoration & Rebuild

Mold Remediation in Las Vegas

CMRC-certified mold remediation and the reconstruction that follows it — containment, treatment, new drywall, texture and paint handled by one licensed construction company.

NV State Licensed · Fully Insured · CMRC Certified — Mold Remediation

Mold is a symptom. The problem is moisture, and until the source is found and fixed, remediation is only a temporary fix — the mold comes back. So the first thing we do is find out where the water is coming from and tell you plainly what it will take to stop it.

We're CMRC certified (Certified Mold Remediator Consultant) and a licensed construction company, which means the same company that contains and treats the affected area also rebuilds it — new drywall, matched texture, paint and trim — instead of leaving you to find a second contractor to finish the room.

Specifications

Certification
CMRC certified (Certified Mold Remediator Consultant), and a licensed and fully insured Nevada construction company.
Inspection
Visual inspection plus moisture readings to locate the source and map how far the moisture has traveled.
Containment
Plastic sheeting and negative air pressure to keep spores from spreading into unaffected areas of the home while work is underway.
Remediation
Removal of affected drywall and materials, treatment and cleaning of the remaining surfaces, and drying before any reconstruction begins.
Reconstruction
New drywall, matched texture, primer and paint, trim and baseboards — the room finished back to a tenant-ready standard.
Source repair
The water source is repaired as part of the job. Remediation without fixing the cause means the mold returns.
Typical timeline

A single affected room is usually 2–4 days for remediation and drying, plus reconstruction. Larger areas with water damage typically run 1–2 weeks.

Our mold remediation process

Find the source, contain the area, treat and remove, then rebuild.

  1. 1

    Inspect and test

We inspect the affected area, take moisture readings and trace the water back to its source so the fix addresses the cause and not just the visible growth.

  2. 2

    Contain and treat

The work area is sealed with plastic sheeting and held under negative air pressure, then affected materials are removed and the remaining surfaces are treated and cleaned.

  3. 3

    Dry and verify

The area is dried and checked before anything is closed back up — rebuilding over damp material is how a mold problem comes back.

  4. 4

    Rebuild and finish

New drywall, matched texture, primer, paint, trim and baseboards go back in, and we walk the finished room with you.
