Water Damage Repair in Las Vegas
Once the structure is dry, we put the property back together — drywall, matched texture, paint, trim, flooring and cabinetry, finished so the water damage is no longer visible.

Getting the water out of a building and getting a usable room back are two different jobs. Extraction and drying are the mitigation phase, handled by a restoration company with that equipment. Ours starts the day the structure reads dry — we rebuild what the water damaged and hand back a finished room.
Because we're a licensed construction company rather than a mitigation-only outfit, the same crew that rebuilds the wall can match the texture, blend the paint, reinstall the baseboard and lay the new flooring. That's what makes a repaired room look like it was never touched.

Specifications
- Scope
- The rebuild phase only. We don't perform water extraction, structural drying or demolition — that's the mitigation phase, handled by a restoration company with that equipment.
- Walls & ceilings
- New drywall hung, taped and finished to a level-4 standard, with texture matched to the surrounding wall from a test panel before the full repair is coated.
- Paint & finish
- Primer and paint blended to the existing color and sheen, with trim, doors and baseboards caulked and painted to match.
- Flooring
- New flooring installed over a prepared subfloor, with baseboards reinstalled and a sealed transition at the door.
- Cabinetry & fixtures
- Cabinet, vanity and countertop rebuilds with fixtures and plumbing reinstalled, including the sink base and any swollen cabinet flooring.
- Insurance documentation
- Dated photos, a written scope and itemized invoicing you can submit to your carrier. Check with your adjuster on what's covered before work begins.
A single affected room is usually 3–7 days once the structure is dry. Multi-room rebuilds with flooring and cabinetry run 1–3 weeks.
