Renovations

Bathroom Renovation in Las Vegas

Vanity, shower, tile, flooring, fixtures and paint handled by one licensed construction company — one schedule, one point of contact, one invoice at the end.

NV State Licensed · Fully Insured · CMRC Certified — Mold Remediation

A bathroom is where four trades have to work in the same eight feet: plumbing, electrical, tile and finish carpentry. Coordinating them separately is how a two-week renovation turns into two months of waiting on somebody's callback.

We sequence the whole job ourselves — demolition, rough-in, waterproofing, tile, fixtures and finish — so the work moves in the right order and the person accountable at the end is the same person who quoted it.

What's included

  • Demolition and haul-away
  • Vanity, mirror and fixture installation
  • Shower and tub replacement or refinishing
  • Shower tile, valve and glass door
  • Flooring, baseboards and paint
  • Exhaust fan, lighting and GFCI outlets

How we renovate a bathroom

Scope and quote, demolish, rebuild, then finish — sequenced so nothing waits on anything else.

  1. 1

    Measure and scope

We measure the room, confirm what stays and what goes, and quote the job with line-item pricing so you can adjust the scope before work starts.

  2. 2

    Demolition and rough-in

Everything comes out and gets hauled away, then plumbing and electrical rough-in is completed and inspected before the walls close up.

  3. 3

    Waterproof and tile

Backer board and membrane go in at the shower, then tile is set to a dry-laid layout, grouted and sealed.

  4. 4

    Fixtures and finish

Vanity, toilet, mirror, lighting, fan, flooring, baseboards and paint go in, followed by a punch walkthrough before we call it complete.
