Exterior Fascia Repair and Garage Door Painting
Sun-damaged fascia boards were repaired and sealed, and the garage door and exterior trim were repainted — the curb-appeal work that decides how the listing photo reads.

The situation
The home was going on the market in a week and the fascia boards on the west elevation had cracked and split from years of Las Vegas sun. Painting over them would have failed within a season.
What we did
- Cut out and replaced the split fascia sections and re-sealed the joints
- Scraped and sanded all loose and peeling material on the affected elevations
- Spot-primed bare wood and patched areas with a bonding primer
- Applied two finish coats to the fascia, trim and garage door
- Masked and protected the stucco, windows and driveway throughout
The result
The home photographed cleanly and appraised without any deferred-maintenance flags on the exterior. Total time on site: three working days, finished two days before the photographer arrived.
