Kitchen Cabinet and Countertop Installation
An outdated kitchen was rebuilt with new shaker cabinets, quartz countertops, a tile backsplash and new flooring — sequenced under one company from demolition to the final punch walk.

The situation
The existing kitchen had water-swollen cabinet boxes at the sink base, a laminate countertop that had delaminated, and flooring that had been patched in three places. Coordinating a cabinet vendor, a countertop fabricator, a plumber, an electrician and a flooring installer would have stretched the job across six weeks.
What we did
- Demolition and haul-away, with the sink base removed and the wall behind it inspected for moisture
- Repaired the small area of water-damaged drywall found behind the sink base
- Installed new shaker cabinets, shimmed and scribed to the out-of-square walls
- Templated the quartz countertops after the cabinets were set, then installed with a sealed sink cutout
- Set the porcelain backsplash over a properly prepared substrate
- Installed new plank flooring with clean transitions at the doorways
- Final punch walkthrough with the property manager before handoff
The result
The kitchen went from the weakest room in the unit to the reason it leased. Three weeks door to door, one point of contact, one invoice — and no week lost waiting on a trade to come back.
